Barbara Reid is one of Canada's

Perfect Snow was inspired
by a snow fort built by one of Barbara's daughters, a fabulous creation that
lives on in neighborhood legend. With this book she introduces a new art
style, combining her traditional Plasticine with ink and watercolor panels to
capture all the anticipation, excitement and action of a Canadian winter and a
schoolyard full of perfect snow!
